Locust Fork Impaired

We understand that the Locust Fork River is classified as an impaired waterway (303 D) for "nutrification & siltation" from Jefferson County Rd.#77 to Blount County Road#30. This goes through the entire area covered by the pending ADEM permit from MCoal. A PDML assessment study is required under federal law. We must determine if ADEM has this study and how they could justify issuing the permit if they have this knowledge.
